We are looking for new colleagues to expand our production team in Katwijk aan Zee. We are seeking people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and who have an interest in technology or who may not yet have that interest but are eager to work accurately and precisely.
Your new colleagues come from a wide range of backgrounds. Before joining Scabro, they worked as chefs, florists, car mechanics, store managers, account managers, IT consultants, landscapers, and much more. All of them have been internally trained by us to become Production Employees for Unmanned Aircraft.
Together, we’ll find the department that suits your talents best. Depending on your skills and interests, you could work in Coating & Repair, Cutting & Milling, Demoulding, Laminating, Assembly or Manufacturing. While we build innovative products, we also invest in helping you grow and develop your skills
Flexibility
Exactly. You can choose how many hours you want to work (minimum 24 hours per week) and, to a large extent, which days you work.

Involvement
Naturally, through direct, hands-on guidance and support from professionals with over 15 years of experience in the composites industry (both new construction and repairs).
Specialization
We provide internal training to become a production employee, and afterwards, if you demonstrate aptitude and interest, you can pursue various specializations such as laminating, mold making, milling, spraying, bonding, and more.

Salary
Depending on your knowledge and experience, starting from €2600 gross per month based on a full-time position.
Schedule
In the day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Note: in the near future, we will be working in staggered shifts, which can range from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Great colleagues

Contract duration
We start with a seven-month contract, with the intention of extending it to a permanent position.Flexibility
The possibility to arrange your working hours individually and flexibly. With us, you can agree to work 24 hours, 40 hours, or something in between per week.

25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour week) plus all official Dutch public holidays.
Mileage allowance
A mileage allowance (€0.23 per km) for commuting distances over 10 km.Your mission
Technical and precise work
You will be producing components for the best and most advanced drone in the Netherlands. The airframe we manufacture is a lightweight structure made from composite materials: carbon fiber fabric, aramid fabric (Kevlar), and a core material.
What does this involve?
The six main departments where we need you are: Coating & Repair, Cutting & Milling, Demoulding, Laminating, Assembly and Manufacturing. During your first year, you will primarily learn the craft in one of these departments.
Building with an eye for quality
Everything you make must be right; in shape, weight, and finish. You’ll learn to check your own work and prevent mistakes, because our drones must perform under any condition. And that starts with you.
