As a production employee, you bring ideas to life. You’ll work on drone parts such as lightweight wings and frames made from composite and carbon fiber. These parts need to be light, strong, and extremely precise. You’ll learn the trade on the job, guided step by step by an experienced colleague.
You’ll start in different areas of production to discover where your strengths lie. No technical experience? No problem. We value curiosity, responsibility, and attention to detail more than anything. Everyone on our team has the drive to learn something new and build something meaningful.
Motivation matters
Many of our team members started without a technical background. If you like working with your hands and enjoy precision work, we’ll teach you the rest.
Precision
You’ll work with materials that are both light and strong — down to the millimeter. Your eye for detail and accuracy will truly make a difference.
Buddy program
You’ll be paired with a buddy who trains you step by step — someone who teaches you the craft and helps you become part of the team.
Working on drones
The drones you help build are used in agriculture, inspections, defense, and research. What you create contributes to solutions worldwide.

Contract
We’ll start with a six-month contract. If it’s a good fit for both sides, we’ll move toward a permanent position.

Technical and precise work
You’ll create parts like wings, frames, or components for drones using lightweight materials such as composite and carbon fiber. The work is varied and detailed — you’ll measure, cut, laminate, glue, and finish each part with precision.
Variety in the process
No two days are the same. One day you might work independently on a precision part, the next you’re teaming up with colleagues on a larger assembly. You’ll rotate through different phases of production — from preparation to final inspection.
Building with an eye for quality
Everything you make must be right — in shape, weight, and finish. You’ll learn to check your own work and prevent mistakes, because our drones must perform under any condition. And that starts with you.
