Your mission

Precision coating and finishing

As a Bodyshop Coating Technician, you will be responsible for giving high-quality composite parts their final finish. From preparing components to applying coatings and paint systems, you ensure every part meets our high quality standards. You’ll work on advanced composite products for the aerospace and high-tech industries, where precision and craftsmanship are essential.

What does the job involve?

You will prepare composite parts for the coating process by sanding, cleaning and masking surfaces. You will apply coatings and paint systems according to work instructions and quality standards. In addition, you will carry out repair and touch-up work on composite components and inspect your own work throughout the process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure every part is ready for the next production stage.

Quality comes first

A flawless finish starts with attention to detail. You work accurately, follow established procedures and continuously inspect your work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. The products we manufacture must perform under the most demanding conditions—and that starts with the craftsmanship of our Bodyshop team.
