Your mission

Building complete products

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll assemble precision-manufactured composite parts into complete products using detailed work instructions and specialised tools. Every component must fit perfectly to ensure the final product performs exactly as designed.

What does this involve?

You’ll prepare components for assembly, accurately position and fit parts together, apply adhesives and fastening methods where required, and perform quality checks throughout the assembly process. You’ll carefully follow production documentation and work instructions to ensure every product is completed to the highest quality standards before moving to the next production stage.

Working closely with colleagues from the Lamination, CNC, Bodyshop and Quality departments, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality products for demanding aerospace and high-tech applications.

Precision makes the difference

Every component matters. The quality of the final product depends on careful assembly and attention to detail. That’s why you work accurately, follow established procedures and take responsibility for delivering products that meet the highest standards. Your craftsmanship ensures every product leaves the Assembly Department ready for the next step.
