Do you want to work with your hands on innovative drones used worldwide? At Scabro Innovations in Katwijk, we produce high-quality parts for unmanned aircraft and are looking to strengthen our production team.
As a production employee at Scabro, you work on parts for drones, such as wings and frames made of composite and carbon fiber. These must be lightweight, strong, and precise. You will learn the trade on the job from a colleague who will guide you step by step.
You’ll start at various positions within the production department, allowing you to discover what suits you best. You don’t need a technical background: curiosity, a sense of responsibility, and attention to detail are more important. Many of your colleagues previously worked in very different professions. What do you all have in common? A drive to learn something new and create something meaningful.
Motivation matters
Many of our colleagues started with no technical background. Whether you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, or as a car mechanic — if you’re eager to learn and enjoy working with your hands, you’re welcome here.
Precision
You’ll be working with materials that are lightweight and strong. Everything has to be spot-on down to the millimeter. If you have an eye for detail and work carefully, you’ll fit perfectly into our team.
Buddy program
You’ll get your own buddy who will train you step by step — someone to guide you, think along with you, and help you master the trade.
Working on drones

Vacation days

Contract
We start with a six-month contract, with the intention of extending it to a permanent position.

Technical and precise work
You will make drone components, such as wings and frames, using lightweight materials like composites and carbon fiber. Your tasks require precision: measuring, cutting, laminating, bonding, and finishing. Step by step.
Variety in the process
You will work in various parts of the production process, from preparation to final inspection. No day is the same: sometimes you’ll work independently on a component, other times with colleagues on a larger assembly.
Building with an eye for quality
Everything you make needs to be spot-on—in shape, weight, and finish. You will learn how to prevent errors, check your work, and contribute to products used around the world in critical applications.
