As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the logistics processes and inventory control in our warehouse. You report to the Supply Chain Manager, but have the freedom to set up and continuously optimize the warehouse layout and processes. Your main focus is both on daily operations and on implementing improvements.
Your responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and neatly storing incoming goods; picking orders and preparing products for shipping; coordinating shipping documents and maintaining contact with carriers. In addition, you will perform maintenance on warehouse machines and equipment; oversee the storage of hazardous materials (with the opportunity to follow a course); and contribute actively to process improvements. Occasionally you will also handle special deliveries to domestic and international customers. You will always work in accordance with work instructions and quality systems, supporting our aim for ISO 9001 and AS/EN9100 compliance.

Logistics & Goods Receiving
You are responsible for accepting shipments, inspecting incoming products and materials, and storing them safely and neatly. You ensure that all goods are correctly processed and that inventory records are accurate.
Order Processing & Shipping
You ensure that orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You manage the necessary shipping documents and maintain contact with carriers to guarantee smooth logistic operations.
Maintenance, Safety & Process Improvement
You perform maintenance on warehouse machines and equipment, oversee the storage of hazardous substances (with training available), and actively contribute to process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency. You will also occasionally handle special deliveries to customers both domestically and internationally, always working according to work instructions and quality management systems (ISO 9001 / AS/EN9100).
