This role connects material expertise with customer challenges, operating at the intersection of technology, commercial insight and advisory strength. Rather than focusing on transactions, the emphasis lies on understanding processes, thinking along with customers and building long-term partnerships based on trust and technical depth.Structure as a foundation
Strong relationships do not happen by accident. They are built through consistency, presence and clear communication. This role brings structure to the commercial side of Scabro BV by reconnecting with existing customers, aligning expectations and creating clarity around possibilities, processes and solutions. This is not a classic sales role. Advisory strength, technical understanding and curiosity are at the core. Applications such as laser cutting, bonding, tooling and small-series production are explored together with customers. Listening carefully and asking the right questions leads to solutions that genuinely help customers improve or accelerate their processes.Working on materials with real impact
The impact of this role is visible every day. On the shop floor. In production processes. In long-term customer relationships. By aligning material capabilities with real applications, customers are enabled to build better, smarter and more sustainable end products.

Relationship management & market development
Existing customer relationships are rebuilt and strengthened through regular on-site visits and active engagement.
New markets and customer segments are explored, with opportunities identified through presence, dialogue and understanding of the market.
Technical advice & solutions
Customers are advised on composite materials, techniques and applications.
Technical questions are translated into feasible, smart solutions that fit both the customer’s process and Scabro’s capabilities.
Collaboration & execution
Close cooperation with logistics and administration ensures speed, reliability and service.
Delivery times, capabilities and customer agreements are aligned to create a consistent and professional customer experience.

A strong affinity with technology is essential, whether through experience with composites, yacht building, mould making,
construction chains or industrial production.
Specific material knowledge can be developed internally; technical curiosity and understanding are key.
