Are you an organized, proactive team player who enjoys supporting and coordinating? At Scabro Innovations in Katwijk, you’ll make a real impact behind the scenes as a Sales Support Specialist. You ensure that quotes, orders, and customer requests are handled smoothly, helping both our sales team and clients move forward.
You bring structure, speed, and a customer-first mindset
You’re responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing customer data, and keeping quotes and orders on track. You’re the go-to person for clear communication, sharp follow-up, and smart support behind the scenes.
Motivation matters
Many of our team members started without a technical background. If you like working with your hands and enjoy precision work, we’ll teach you the rest.
Precision
You’ll work with materials that are both light and strong — down to the millimeter. Your eye for detail and accuracy will truly make a difference.
Buddy program
You’ll be paired with a buddy who trains you step by step — someone who teaches you the craft and helps you become part of the team.
Working on drones

Vacation days

Contract

Process quotes and orders with precision
You’ll prepare and follow up on quotes, manage deliveries, and keep customer records up to date in the CRM.
Communicate with clients and suppliers
You’ll handle questions about availability and lead times, solve problems, and help keep everyone in the loop.
Support the sales team and spot opportunities
You’ll help with reports, assist during commercial campaigns, and contribute ideas for improving service and results.
