
Project Management Officer

As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you ensure projects don’t just get started, but are also executed tightly and effectively. You bring structure, oversight, and predictability to an environment where technology, innovation, and speed come together. You are the operating system behind multiple high-end UAV projects.

Project control of high-end UAV projects
In this role, you safeguard the core of multiple ongoing projects: scope, budget, schedule, and quality. You ensure agreements are clear, changes are controlled, and projects run within the frameworks agreed with customers and internal teams.
Dashboards, KPIs, and reports
You design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide direct insight into progress, costs, risks, and capacity utilization. With clear KPIs, you help management and project teams steer based on facts rather than gut feeling.
Risk and issue management
You don’t let risks and issues drift. You identify them, follow up on actions, and ensure decisions are documented. This prevents surprises and keeps projects healthy, even when pressure increases.
Documentation and audits
You ensure project documentation is flawless, complete, and audit-ready—think plans, reports, decisions, change requests, and customer agreements. This makes you a key link in preparing for, for example, defense audits or customer reviews.
The link between invoicing, progress, and resources
Project progress, time tracking, invoicing, and the deployment of people and resources—you bring these streams together. You spot deviations early and make sure course corrections are possible before it really starts to hurt.
Collaboration with project and program management
You support the Program Manager and project leads with the insights they need to make strong decisions. You ask critical questions, provide oversight, and help ensure every team works to the same standard.




Wat neem jij mee
Experience in project-driven environments
You have 3 to 8 years of experience in high-tech, engineering, or other
project-driven environments where precision, compliance, and scalability
are important.
Strong analytical skills
You can oversee complex projects and quickly recognize patterns. You
effortlessly compare figures, schedules, dependencies, and risks, and
translate them into clear insights.
Affinity with control and dashboards
You’re comfortable working with numbers, reporting, and tools. Experience
with project control, dashboards, or reporting environments is a major plus.
Education at HBO/WO level
For example in business administration, finance, (technical) business
administration, or a similar field. More importantly: you think in a
structured, critical, and forward-looking way.
Eye for structure and detail
You value order, clear agreements, and transparent processes. You spot
deviations early and know exactly what information is needed to make
adjustments.
Strong communicator and connector
You switch easily between engineers, project managers, and management.
You’re not afraid to ask probing questions, stay calm under pressure, and
know how to hold people to agreements in a constructive way.
