Operational Manager
Do you want to play a key role in an innovative drone company? At Scabro Innovations, you’ll work on high-tech solutions for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). We produce components and airframes for drones—primarily for defense applications.
You keep operations running—and constantly improving
As our Operations Manager, you ensure everything runs smoothly. From optimizing workflows to implementing a safe working environment through a Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E), you effortlessly switch between strategy and hands-on operations. You’ll work closely with production, R&D, and sales.

Precision
You’ll work with materials that are both light and strong — down to the millimeter. Your eye for detail and accuracy will truly make a difference.
Buddy program
You’ll be paired with a buddy who trains you step by step — someone who teaches you the craft and helps you become part of the team.
Working on drones

Vacation days

Contract
