As IT Support Hardware, Software & Certification you ensure that workstations, hardware and software operate safely, securely and without interruption.
You bring structure to IT, enabling engineers, project managers and production teams to focus on what they do best: building advanced technology.

Hardware & IT management
You install, configure and maintain workstations (laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals). You perform upgrades and replacements, manage hardware lifecycles and resolve 1st- and 2nd-line workstation incidents. You also manage hardware assets and provide basic support for network and server hardware.
Software
You work with Windows 11 and support colleagues in using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). You also assist with the management and support of additional software tools.
Certification & quality assurance
You support certification processes (such as ISO 27001, NEN standards or customer-specific requirements). You maintain IT documentation, procedures and records. You verify that hardware and workstations comply with established standards and support internal and external audits. You proactively identify and suggest improvements in compliance, security and standardization.
Collaboration & innovation
You collaborate closely with colleagues in operations, sales and innovation. You coordinate with external suppliers and IT partners and contribute ideas to improve and automate IT processes. Together, you help build a stable, secure and future-proof IT environment.




Wat neem jij mee
Experience & affinity
You have an MBO Level 4 ICT qualification (e.g. IT Administrator or Network Administrator) with relevant work experience
or an HBO ICT degree (completed, nearly completed or early-career). You have a strong affinity with hardware, infrastructure
and IT management.
Knowledge & skills
You have experience with:
-installing, configuring and maintaining laptops, desktops and mobile devices
-peripherals such as printers, scanners, docking stations and monitors
-hardware upgrades and lifecycle management
-basic networking (LAN / Wi-Fi)
-IT security principles and guidelines
-working with certification and quality standards
You work in a structured and accurate manner and communicate clearly.

You are proactive and eager to learn. You take responsibility for your work. You are solution-oriented and fit well within
an innovative, hands-on organization.
