You keep operations running—and constantly improving
As our Operations Manager, you ensure everything runs smoothly. From optimizing workflows to implementing a safe working environment through a Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E), you effortlessly switch between strategy and hands-on operations. You’ll work closely with production, R&D, and sales.

Strategic sourcing and supplier selection
You are responsible for the strategic procurement of everything needed to build and scale our drones. You select suppliers capable of meeting UAV-grade quality and volume requirements, negotiate price, lead times and continuity, and formalize agreements in framework contracts, NDAs, licenses and SLAs. Your approach creates a supply chain that is reliable, flexible and future-proof.
Precision across the chain
You work with suppliers producing parts that must be accurate to the millimeter. Your decisions determine the quality of what we build.
Building a pan-European supply chain
You develop a strong and diverse network of production partners across countries such as the Netherlands, Poland, Estonia, Norway and Spain. This goes beyond finding the right parties; it’s about building durable relationships that ensure scalability and quality. You spot opportunities, know which suppliers fit our growth stage and ensure the chain grows with demand.
Supply chain control and process design
You set up the processes, tools and dashboards needed to make our supply chain predictable. You monitor planning, risks, quality and capacity and prevent delivery issues before they arise. Thanks to your structure and insight, we stay ahead even when projects scale faster than planned.
Collaboration with engineering and production
You work closely with engineering, production and project teams. You evaluate quotations, safeguard quality and identify bottlenecks early. You align technical requirements with supply chain realities, making the difference between delay and acceleration.
