You keep operations running—and constantly improving

As our Operations Manager, you ensure everything runs smoothly. From optimizing workflows to implementing a safe working environment through a Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E), you effortlessly switch between strategy and hands-on operations. You’ll work closely with production, R&D, and sales.

You lead the operations teams and foster an inspiring work atmosphere where people can do their jobs well and with pride. You monitor progress and adjust where needed.

Improve, analyze, optimize

You map out processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements. You focus on quality, efficiency, and safety—and align departments to work as one.

Safety and structure

You develop and manage our RI&E and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities. With this, you guarantee a safe and healthy workplace—now and in the future.
